In attuazione delle disposizioni della Legge n. 178/2020, articolo 1, commi 526 e 527, l’Università degli Studi della Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" istituisce un concorso per la selezione degli studenti fuori sede, regolarmente iscritti all’a.a. 2023/2024, idonei a ricevere un contributo per le spese di locazione abitativa sostenute nell’anno solare 2024, entro i limiti della disponibilità delle risorse che i Ministeri promotori assegneranno all’Ateneo.
Requisiti di partecipazione
Possono presentare le istanze di partecipazione al bando gli studenti fuori sede che detengano contemporaneamente i seguenti requisiti:
- che siano iscritti all’anno accademico 2023/2024 ad un corso di studi di I° o II° livello presso l’Università degli Studi della Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli", in regola con il versamento dell’intera contribuzione studentesca annuale dovuta;
- che siano appartenenti ad un nucleo familiare con un indice della situazione economica equivalente ISEE per prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario, registrato in banca dati ESSE3 per l’a.a. 2023/2024 (I.S.E.E.U. 2023 con scadenza al 31 dicembre 2023 o ISEE 2024 con scadenza 31 dicembre 2024), non superiore a 20.000 euro. In argomento si precisa che viene accettato esclusivamente l’ISEE ordinario applicabile a prestazioni per il diritto universitario. E’ possibile avvalersi anche dell’ISEE corrente rilasciato sulla base dell’ISEE-2024 per prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario, qualora ricorrano le condizioni previste, sempre entro il limite di € 20.000;
- che siano fuori sede residenti in luogo diverso rispetto a quello dove è ubicato l’immobile locato nell’anno solare 2024. Lo studente è considerato fuori sede al verificarsi congiuntamente delle tre seguenti condizioni:
- frequenza di un corso di studi di I° o II° livello presso questo Ateneo tenuto ad almeno 30 (trenta) chilometri di distanza dal proprio Comune di residenza o che, a prescindere dalla distanza chilometrica, risieda in una delle isole del Golfo di Napoli (Ischia, Capri, Procida);
- alloggio a titolo oneroso nel Comune sede del corso o in località con esso confinante, da dimostrare allegando la documentazione prevista nell'art. 4 del presente bando (copia del contratto di locazione regolarmente registrato con indicazione degli estremi della registrazione presso l’Agenzia delle Entrate e della relativa ricevuta);
- permanenza nel posto alloggio di cui al precedente punto per una durata di almeno 6 mesi (sei) nell’anno solare 2024.
La distanza chilometrica tra Comuni è calcolata mediante il sito dell’ACI, utilizzando il parametro del percorso più breve.

Ministerial contribution for housing rental costs for off-site students - A.Y. 2023/2024
In implementation of the provisions of Law no. 178/2020, article 1, paragraphs 526 and 527, the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" establishes a competition for the selection of off-site students, regularly enrolled in the academic year 2023/2024, eligible to receive a contribution for housing rental expenses incurred in the 2024 calendar year, within the limits of the availability of resources that the promoting Ministries will assign to the University.
Participation requirements
Non-resident students who simultaneously meet the following requirements can submit requests to participate in the call:
- who are enrolled in the 2023/2024 academic year on a 1st or 2nd level course of study at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli", in good standing with the payment of the entire annual student fee due;
- who belong to a family unit with an equivalent economic situation index ISEE for benefits for the right to university education, registered in the ESSE3 database for the academic year 2023/2024 (I.S.E.E.U. 2023 expiring on 31 December 2023 or ISEE 2024 expiring on 31 December 2024), not exceeding 20,000 euros. On this subject, it is specified that only the ordinary ISEE applicable to university law services is accepted. It is also possible to use the current ISEE issued on the basis of the ISEE-2024 for benefits for the right to university study, if the conditions are met, always within the limit of 20,000 euros;
- who are off-site resident in a place other than where the rented property is located in the 2024 calendar year. The student is considered off-site if the following three conditions occur together:
- if he attends a first or second level course of study at this University held at least 30 (thirty) kilometers away from his municipality of residence or if, regardless of the distance in kilometres, he resides in one of the islands in the Gulf of Naples (Ischia, Capri, Procida);
- if he is staying for a fee in the municipality where the course is held or in a neighboring area, to be demonstrated by attaching the documentation required in the art. 4 of the notice (copy of the duly registered rental contract with indication of the registration details at the Revenue Agency and the relevant receipt);
- stay in the accommodation referred to in the previous point for a duration of at least 6 months (six) in the calendar year 2024.
The distance in kilometers between Municipalities is calculated via the ACI website, using the shortest route parameter.
