The European Commission has published its Action Plan to implement the commitments of the Agreement on reforming research assessment. The Action Plan is related to ERA Action 3 of the ERA Policy Agenda which aims to advance towards a reform of the research assessment system, with the goal of assessing the quality, performance, and impact of research and researchers using more suitable criteria and procedures.
