Contributo ministeriale per le spese di locazione abitativa per studenti fuori sede - A.A. 2024/2025

Possono presentare le istanze di partecipazione al bando per l’assegnazione del beneficio di cui all’art. 1 gli studenti fuori sede regolarmente iscritti all’a. a. 2024/2025, in regola con il pagamento di tasse e contributi universitari riferiti al medesimo anno, che detengano contemporaneamente i seguenti requisiti:

1. che siano iscritti all’anno accademico 2024/2025 ad un corso di studi di I° o II° livello presso l’Università degli Studi della Campania Luigi Vanvitelli in regola con il versamento dell’intera contribuzione studentesca annuale dovuta;
2. che siano appartenenti a un nucleo familiare con un indice della situazione economica equivalente ISEE per prestazioni per il diritto allo studio universitario registrato in banca dati ESSE3 per l’a.a. 2024/25 non superiore a 20.000 euro;
3. che siano in possesso dei requisiti di merito di cui all’articolo 1, comma 255, lettere b) e c), della legge 11 dicembre 2016, n. 232 ovvero:

• che siano iscritti presso il corso di studio (nell’a.a. 2024/25) da un numero di anni accademici inferiore o uguale alla durata normale del corso stesso, aumentata di uno;
• nel caso di iscrizione al secondo anno (nell’a.a. 2024/25) che abbiano conseguito, entro la data del 10 agosto (2024), almeno 10 crediti formativi universitari del primo anno di corso; nel caso di iscrizione (nell’a.a. 2024/25) ad anni accademici successivi al secondo che abbiano conseguito, nei dodici mesi antecedenti la data del 10 agosto (2024), almeno 25 crediti formativi.

Il presente requisito non è richiesto per gli studenti immatricolati - iscritti per la prima volta al primo anno di corso - (nell’a.a. 20024/25) e per gli studenti che versano nella condizione di cui all’art. 3, comma 1 e 3, della legge 5 febbraio 1992, n. 104;

4. che siano fuori sede residenti in Comune diverso rispetto a quello dove è ubicato l’immobile locato. Lo studente è considerato fuori sede al verificarsi congiuntamente delle tre seguenti condizioni:

• frequenza di un corso di studi di I° o II° livello presso questo Ateneo tenuto ad almeno 30 (trenta) chilometri di distanza dal proprio Comune di residenza o che, a prescindere dalla distanza chilometrica, risieda in una delle isole del Golfo di Napoli (Ischia, Capri, Procida);
• alloggio a titolo oneroso nel Comune sede di frequenza del corso o in Comune con esso confinante, da dimostrare allegando la documentazione prevista nel successivo art. 4 del presente bando;
• permanenza nel posto alloggio di cui al precedente punto per una durata di almeno 6 mesi (sei) nell’anno solare 2025.

La distanza chilometrica tra Comuni è calcolata mediante il sito dell’ACI, utilizzando il parametro del percorso più breve.

Applications for the awarding of the benefit referred to in Article 1 are open to non-resident students regularly enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year, who are up-to-date with the payment of university fees and contributions for that year, and who simultaneously meet the following requirements:

1. They are enrolled in the 2024/2025 academic year in a first- or second-level degree program at the University of Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" and have paid the full annual student fees due;
2. They belong to a family unit with an equivalent economic situation index (ISEE for benefits for the right to university education) recorded in the ESSE3 database for the 2024/25 academic year of no more than €20,000;
3. They meet the merit requirements set out in Article 1, paragraph 255, letters b) and c), of Law No. 11 of December 11, 2016, No. 232:

• who have been enrolled in the course of study (in the 2024/25 academic year) for a number of academic years less than or equal to the normal duration of the course itself, increased by one;
• in the case of enrollment in the second year (in the 2024/25 academic year), who have earned, by August 10, 2024, at least 10 university credits from the first year of the course; in the case of enrollment (in the 2024/25 academic year) in academic years subsequent to the second, who have earned, in the twelve months preceding August 10, 2024, at least 25 credits.

This requirement is not applicable to students enrolled for the first time in the first year of their studies (in the 2024/25 academic year) and to students who meet the conditions set forth in Article 3, paragraphs 1 and 3, of Law No. 104 of February 5, 1992;

4. who are non-resident students residing in a municipality other than the one in which the rented property is located. Students are considered non-resident if all three of the following conditions are met:

• attending a first- or second-level degree program at this University held at least 30 (thirty) kilometers from their municipality of residence or, regardless of the distance, residing on one of the islands in the Gulf of Naples (Ischia, Capri, Procida);
• paid accommodation in the municipality where the program is held or in a neighboring municipality, to be demonstrated by attaching the documentation specified in Article 4 of this announcement;
• Stay in the accommodation referred to in the previous point for a period of at least 6 (six) months in the calendar year 2025.

The distance in kilometers between municipalities is calculated using the shortest route parameter on the ACI website.
